- This module is approved as a radio station in a low power data
communication system based on the Radio Law. - Ensure that your product can bear a label with the following

3. Canada Regulatory Information:
- The host device must indicate the following information:
- Compliance with Innovation, Science and Economic Development
Canada’s applicable licence-exempt RSSs. - Operation is subject to two conditions: (1) This device may not
cause interference, and (2) This device must accept any
interference that may cause undesired operation of the device. - Product is certified as a type of portable device with
Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada Rules. - Maintain a separation distance of minimum 15 mm between the
user and/or bystander and the antenna and/or radiating element to
