Product Information
The M-SERIESTM MHP4-12/14 is a heat pump / electric heat
packaged unit designed for cooling and heating applications. It
operates with R-410A refrigerant and has a SEER rating of either 12
or 14. The unit is available in various nominal cooling capacities
ranging from 9,000 BTU/hr to 36,000 BTU/hr. It is equipped with
factory-installed electric heat, with options for 3 KW, 5 KW, 7 KW,
or 10 KW heat output. The unit operates on 208/230 V – 1 PH – 60HZ
power supply.

Product Usage Instructions
Prior to installation, ensure that the equipment complies with
all applicable building codes, laws, and regulations for its
intended use.
To operate the M-SERIESTM MHP4-12/14:
- Ensure the unit is connected to a suitable power supply
(208/230 V – 1 PH – 60HZ). - If using the electric heat option, select the desired heat
output level (3 KW, 5 KW, 7 KW, or 10 KW). - Set the thermostat or control system to the desired temperature
for cooling or heating. - The unit will automatically adjust its operation to maintain
the set temperature. - Regularly check and clean the air filter in the filter slot to
ensure proper airflow and system efficiency. Avoid using paper
frame filters.
Note: For any additional options and accessories, refer to the
relevant sections in the user manual for installation and usage
instructions.

CONDENSATE MANAGEMENT Primary Drain Pan · Antimicrobial protection: drain pan is injected
with an antibacterial agent that destabilizes the membrane of microorganism cells, disrupting the cellular function of odor-causing mold and bacteria so that they can no longer grow or reproduce
Overflow Protection · Indoor drain pan overflow switch monitors the
condensate level in primary drain pan · Prevents unit from running if water is sensed

Accessibility Clearances
The front of the unit must be accessible for service. A minimum clearance of 30″ in front of unit is required for service.
If the unit is enclosed, a door or access panel aligned with the front of the unit is the preferred method of providing access. The door or access panel opening must be a minimum of 30″ wide (centered on the unit) and be as tall as the unit.
