Product Usage Instructions

2. Do not break the product seal (open the casing) as it will void
the warranty.
3. Take precautions during transportation to avoid any damage to
the product.
4. Follow the correct installation and commissioning procedures as
specified in the user manual.
5. Unauthorized modifications, changes, or attempted repairs will
void the warranty.
6. Ensure that you use the product correctly and operate it in an
appropriate manner.
7. Provide sufficient ventilation for the device to prevent
overheating.
8. Observe all applicable safety regulations while using the
product.
9. The warranty does not cover damages caused by force majeure
events.
10. Cosmetic defects that do not affect energy production are not
covered under warranty.
If your device becomes defective during the Lux Power Tech warranty
period, please contact Lux Power Tech for further assistance. They
may choose to repair the device at the factory, repair it on-site,
or exchange it for a replacement device of equivalent value based
on the model and age of the device.

Lux Power Tech Factory Warranty
This only applies for Lux Power Tech branded products that are produced by Shenzhen Lux Power Technology Co., Ltd.
For the aforementioned products, you will receive a Lux Power Tech warranty valid for 5 years from the date of delivery. The warranty covers any costs for repairs or spare parts during the agreed-upon period, starting from the date of device delivery, subject to the following conditions:
The warranty includes all defects in design, components, and manufacturing.
Factory Warranty Scope
The warranty does not cover damages caused by the following reasons:
-Breaking the product seal (opening the casing) -Transport damage -Incorrect installation or commissioning -Failure to observe the user manual or quick installation instructions -Unauthorized modifications, changes, or attempted repairs -Incorrect usage or inappropriate operation -Insufficient ventilation of the device -Failure to observe the applicable safety regulations -Force majeure Furthermore, the warranty does not cover cosmetic defects that do not affect the energy production.
Warranty Conditions
If a device becomes defective during the agreed Lux Power Tech warranty period, and unless it is deemed impossible or disproportionate, one of the following options will be chosen at the discretion of Lux Power Tech:
-Device repair at the factory. -Device repair on-site. -Exchange for a replacement device of equivalent value, taking into consideration the model and age of the device.
In the latter case, the remaining warranty entitlement will be transferred to the replacement device, and your entitlement will be documented by Lux Power Tech. Excessiveness in the aforementioned context exists particularly if the cost of the measures for Lux Power Tech would be unreasonable, considering: -The value that the device would have without the defect, -The significance of the defect, -Alternative workarounds that customers of Lux Power Tech could resort to without significant inconvenience.
