Yoeleo R12 Carbon Fiber Bicycle Frameset User Manual

R12 Carbon Fiber Bicycle Frameset

Product Information

The Yoeleo R12 frameset comes with all the necessary components
to assemble the bike. The component parts are listed from 1-14 and
include the frame, fork, rear and front axles, seatpost, saddle
clamp, headset bearings, stem bolts, spacers, bottle cage bolt,
cable grommet and hole cover, sponge tube, and brake and gear
housing.

Frameset Diagrams

The frameset diagrams provide a visual representation of the
different components and their placement on the bike.

Brake & Gear Housing Routing – Mechanical

The brake and gear housing should be routed into the down tube
of the frame from the hole where each house comes out. Before
cutting the housing, measure the correct length of the brake and
shifter housing.

Headset Bearing Installation

Prior to installing the bearings, route the cable housing first.
Lightly grease the contact point between metal and carbon surface
to prevent damage to the bike.

Spacers Installation

Choose the right spacer height to adjust your riding position.
Ensure that you route the housing inside bearing cover ring before
routing it inside the handlebar.

Handlebar Internal Routing

Route housing to the lever from the provided hole. Ensure that
you put the compression plug into the steerer tube.

Seatpost Installation

If needed, change the height of the seat and cut off any extra
length. Remember that the minimum insertion is 10 CM. Change the
saddle’s position forward and backward using the saddle angle
adjuster. To tighten the seatpost wedge, turn the bolt clockwise.
Use a torque wrench set at 8Nm.

Mount Fixing Points

Observe the bolt’s length before attempting to tighten it.
Tighten the bottle cage bolt with a torque wrench set at 4Nm.

Safety

Properly tighten hardware to the specified torque.
Over-tightening hardware could deform or break the hardware or
components. Under-tightening hardware could cause hardware or
components to become loose. Always apply threadlocker to all
reused-fasteners with pre-applied threadlocker before
re-assembly.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Route the brake and gear housing into the down tube of the
frame from the hole where each house comes out. Measure the correct
length of the brake and shifter housing before cutting.

first. Lightly grease the contact point between metal and carbon
surface to prevent damage to the bike.
  3. Choose the right spacer height to adjust your riding position.
Ensure that you route the housing inside bearing cover ring before
    routing it inside the handlebar.
  4. Route housing to the lever from the provided hole. Ensure that
you put the compression plug into the steerer tube.
  6. Observe the bolt’s length before attempting to tighten it.
Tighten the bottle cage bolt with a torque wrench set at 4Nm.
  7. Always tighten hardware to the specified torque.
Over-tightening hardware could deform or break the hardware or
components. Under-tightening hardware could cause hardware or
components to become loose. Always apply threadlocker to all

Safety
WARNING
Properly tighten hardware always tighten hardware to the specified torque.
Over-tightening hardware could deform or break the hardware or components. Under-tightening hardware could cause hardware or components to become loose. Either situation could damage the bicycle and result in injury to the rider.
WARNING
Reapply threadlocker
All reused-fasteners with pre-applied threadlocker must be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol and have new thread locker applied before re-assembly. If threadlocker is not applied, the fasteners may loosen which could damage the bicycle and result in injury to the rider.

Internal Routing Frameset
In order to use the complete internal cables routing, the frame and the fork have to be compatible. Fork: The fork must have a hole for the entrance of the brake front cable in the fork-tube to allow the cable routing up to the exit near front brake caliper.

Traditional Frameset
In case of assembling on traditional frameset, cables will enter close to the levers and will go out from central holes. Here above a picture showing the cables passages.
