- The yellow line on the cord indicates the end of the cord is near
- The red line on the cord indicates the end of the usable cord
- Do NOT pull the cord out beyond the red line
- The cord may be twisted or wound unevenly
- Unplug machine
- Gently pull the cord out and rewind by pressing the cord rewind button
- If cord still does not rewind, please visit a BISSELL Authorized Service Center or Contact Us
