- Verify the cord isn’t wound or twisted unevenly
- Gently pull cord all the way out until it stops
- Yellow = pulled out far enough
- Red = pulled out too far
- Untwist the cord (if necessary)
- Retract cord back into the machine
- If the cord still will not rewind fully, visit a BISSELL Authorized Service Center or Contact Us
