4. INTRODUZIONE
Il TURBO MAX 12V-B IP65 è un gonfiatore elettrico portatile con batteria integrata ad alta efficienza, sinonimo di affidabilità e funzionalità. Il gonfiatore è dotato di due potenti motori in corrente continua che azionano turbine poste in parallelo, che permettono di gonfiare qualsiasi oggetto a una pressione di 250 mbar. Il gonfiatore è dotato di LED che monitorano lo stato della pompa durante il funzionamento. Il gonfiatore si avvia dopo aver premuto il stasto ON e successivamente il tasto START. Si spegne automaticamente al raggiungimento della pressione selezionata. Per spegnere il gonfiatore, premere il pulsante OFF.

7. REGOLE DI SICUREZZA GENERALI
1. CONSIDERARE SEMPRE L’AMBIENTE DI LAVORO.
Non esporre il gonfiatore alla pioggia. Non utilizzare in presenza di liquidi o gas infiammabili.
2. EVITARE L’AVVIO ACCIDENTALE. Non avviare il gonfiatore con la bocca di ingresso in contatto con polvere o acqua. 3. PRESTARE ATTENZIONE.
Prestare attenzione a quello che si sta facendo. Usare il buon senso. 4. CONTROLLARE CHE NON VI SIANO PARTI DANNEGGIATE. Prima di usare il gonfiatore, ispezionare con attenzione le pareti esterne e i suoi componenti. 5. NON AVVIARE i gonfiatori portatili nei pressi di liquidi infiammabili o atmosfere gassose o esplosive. I motori di questi gonfiatori producono scintille che possono rilasciare fumi. 6. ATTENZIONE A NON INALARE! L’aria compressa proveniente dal gonfiatore non è pura. Non inalare mai aria dal gonfiatore. 7. ATTENZIONE! PERICOLO DI SCOPPIO. Gonfiare l’unità gonfiabile solo seguendo le raccomandazioni del costruttore. Una pressione eccessiva può causare l’esplosione del gonfiabile, che può cagionare lesioni personali. 8. NON LASCIARE MAI IL DISPOSITIVO SENZA SORVEGLIANZA. Il gonfiaggio eccessivo può causare gravi lesioni e danni materiali. 9. ATTENZIONE! PERICOLO DI FUNZIONAMENTO NON SICURO Non modificare o tentare di riparare l’unità. Non forare o apportare modifiche al gonfiatore o ai suoi accessori. Qualunque modifica al prodotto comporta la decadenza della garanzia. 10. Non trasportare mai il gonfiatore dal tubo flessibile né dal cavo di alimentazione.

7.1 LED DI STATO Il gonfiatore è dotato di due LED (A e B) che permettono il monitoraggio dello stato della batteria e la temperatura interna della pompa. Il LED A segnala lo stato di carica della batteria Il LED B segnala gli errori di funzionamento per il quale il gonfiatore ha arrestato il suo ciclo di lavoro (si rinvia al paragrafo Monitoraggio Stato Gonfiatore e Batteria).

7.2 IMPORTANTI NOTE DI RICARICA
1. Una vita più lunga e prestazioni migliori del gonfiatore possono essere ottenute se la batteria viene ricaricata quando la temperatura dell’aria è compresa tra 18° – 24°C (65°F e 75°F). NON caricare la batteria ad una temperatura dell’aria inferiore a +4.5°C (+40°F) o superiore a +40.5°C (+105°F). Questo è importante e impedirà gravi danni alla batteria. 2. In caso di prolungato periodo di inutilizzo del gonfiatore, si consiglia di ricaricare completamente la batteria almeno una volta al mese. 3. Durante la ricarica, assicurarsi che il cavo di alimentazione si trovi in una posizione protetta in modo che non venga calpestato, non ci sia pericolo di inciampo o comunque non si danneggi e non sia sottoposto a stress. 4. Non usare il cavo di alimentazione se risulta danneggiato.
8. UTILIZZO E FUNZIONAMENTO
8.1 COLLEGAMENTO DEGLI ACCESSORI 1. Scegliere l’adattatore più idoneo per la valvola presente sull’oggetto da gonfiare. Un apposito adattatore deve inserirsi nella valvola e mantenerla aperta durante tutta la fase di gonfiaggio/sgonfiaggio. 2. Assicurarsi che l’interruttore principale sia su OFF. 3. Collegare il tubo di gonfiaggio in base all’operazione da effettuare: per gonfiare collegare alla bocca di gonfiaggio (punto 3, figura a pag. 3), per sgonfiare collegare alla bocca di sgonfiaggio (punto 4, figura a pag.3). 4. Inserire l’adattatore nella valvola dell’oggetto da gonfiare/sgonfiare.
8.2 UTILIZZO DEL GONFIATORE 1. Portare l’interruttore su ON. Il LED A inizia a lampeggiare segnalando lo stato della batteria (si rinvia al paragrafo Monitoraggio Stato Gonfiatore e Batteria) 2. Premere l’interruttore START. Il LED A passa da lampeggiante a fisso con il colore dello stato batteria 3. In fase di gonfiaggio il gonfiatore si arresterà alla pressione impostata e il LED A tornerà a lampeggiare 4. In caso di errore il gonfiatore va in autoprotezione arrestandosi. Il LED B si illumina per indicare il tipo di problema (si rimanda al paragrafo Monitoraggio Stato Gonfiabile e Batteria). Dopo aver risolto il problema è necessario premere START per riavviare il gonfiatore. 5. Per sgonfiare, collegare il tubo alla bocca di sgonfiaggio e poi premere START. 6. Premere il pulsante di arresto OFF una volta svuotato il gonfiabile.
DURANTE LA FASE DI SGONFIAGGIO IL GONFIATORE NON SI SPEGNE AUTOMATICAMENTE.
Una volta raggiunto lo svuotamento del gonfiabile arrestare il gonfiatore per evitare il surriscaldamento del motore e i rischi connessi.
8.3 AVVERTENZE SUGLI ACCESSORI Gli accessori raccomandati nell’utilizzo del gonfi atore sono quelli originali SCOPREGA. L’uso di qualsiasi accessorio non raccomandato per questo gonfi atore può essere pericoloso.

3. PRELIMINARY WARNINGS
1. Comply with all instructions in this document. 2. Keep these instructions. 3. Do not block the air vents (SEE POINTS 3 e 4 ON PAG. 3). 4. Always protect the power cable. 5. Do not open the infl ator. Refer all servicing to qualifi ed service personnel authorised by Scoprega. Servicing is required when the device is damaged or not working in any way. 6. Do not tamper with the product. Opening the inflator will void its warranty. 7. Provide suitable ventilation 8. Avoid placing objects near the product during operation. 9. Keep this product out of the reach of children. 10. The operating infl ator produces vibrations: therefore, we recommend you to use it on the floor, so as to avoid accidental falls.
4. INTRODUCTION
The TURBO MAX 12V-B IP65 is a high-efficiency portable electric inflator, with integrated battery, which stands for reliability and functionality. The inflator is equipped with two powerful DC motors that drive two turbines connected in parallel, thus allowing any object to be inflated to a maximum pressure of 250 mbar. The inflator is equipped with LED indicators checking pump status during operation. The inflator starts when the ON button is switched on and the user push on START button. It automatically stops when it reaches 250 mbar. The device can be stopped anyway by pushing the OFF button.

7. GENERAL SAFETY RULES
1. ALWAYS TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT. Do not expose the inflator to rain. Do not use in the presence of fl ammable liquids or gases. 2. AVOID UNINTENTIONAL STARTING. Do not start the inflator with the inlet in contact with dust or water. 3. PAY ATTENTION. Pay attention to what you are doing. Use common sense. 4. CHECK THAT THERE ARE NO DAMAGED PARTS. Before using the inflator, carefully check its outer sides and components. 5. DO NOT OPERATE portable inflators near fl ammable liquids or in gaseous or explosive atmospheres. The inflator motors produce sparks that can release fumes. 6. DO NOT INHALE! The compressed air coming from the inflator is not clean. Never inhale air from your inflator. 7. WARNING! RISK OF EXPLOSION. Infl ate the unit only complying with the manufacturer’s recommendations. Exceeding the pressure rating could cause the inflator to explode, resulting in personal injury. 8. NEVER LEAVE THE DEVICE UNATTENDED. Overinfl ation could result in serious injury and property damage. 9. WARNING! RISK OF UNSAFE OPERATION Do not modify or attempt to repair the unit. Do not drill into or make any modifi cations to the inflator or its accessories. Any modifi cation to the product will void its warranty. 10. Never carry the inflator by the fl exible hose or power cable.

7.1 LED INDICATORS The infl ator is equipped with two LED indicators (A and B) that allow the battery status and the pump temperature to be checked. LED A indicates battery level. LED B indicates the operating errors that have stopped inflator operating cycle (refer to paragraph Inflator and Battery Status Monitoring).

7.2 IMPORTANT CHARGING NOTES
1. A longer life and better performance of the inflator can be achieved if the battery is charged when the air temperature is between 18° – 24°C (65°F and 75°F). DO NOT charge the battery at an air temperature below +4.5°C (+40°F) or above +40.5°C (+105°F). This is important and will prevent serious damage to the battery. 2. If the inflator is not used for an extended period of time, it is recommended that the battery be fully recharged at least once a month. 3. When recharging, make sure that the power cord is in a protected location so that it will not be stepped on, tripped on, or otherwise damaged or subjected to stress. 4. Do not use the power cord if it is damaged.
8. USE AND OPERATION
8.1 CONNECTING THE ACCESSORIES 1. Choose the most suitable adapter for the valve on the object to be infl ated. During infl ation/defl ation, the valve should be kept open by a suitable adapter. 2. Make sure that the main switch is set to OFF. 3. Connect the inflation hose according to the operation to be performed: to inflate: connect to the outlet (item 3, image on page 3), to deflate: connect to the inlet (item 4, image on page 3). 4. Insert the adapter into the valve of the object to be infl ated/deflated.
8.2 USE OF THE INFLATOR 1. Set the switch to ON. LED A starts fl ashing, indicating battery status (refer to paragraph Inflator and Battery Status Monitoring) 2. Press the START switch. LED A shifts from flashing to steady, the colour depends on the battery status 3. When inflating, the inflator will stop at the set pressure and LED A will resume fl ashing 4. In the event of an error, the inflator stops as a protective measure. LED B lights up to indicate the type of problem (refer to paragraph Inflator and Battery Status Monitoring). Once the problem has been fi xed, the inflator should be restarted by pressing START. 5. To deflate, connect the hose to the deflation port and then press START. 6. Press the stop button (OFF) once the inflatable unit has been emptied.
DURING THE DEFLATION PHASE, THE INFLATOR DOES NOT SWITCH OFF AUTOMATICALLY.
Once the inflatable unit has been emptied, stop the inflator to avoid overheating the motor and all related risks.
8.3 ACCESSORY WARNING The recommended accessories when using the inflator are the original SCOPREGA ones. The use of any accessory not recommended for this inflator can be dangerous.
