Product Information: QP5632MBK and QSF5632MBK Installation
Guide
The QP5632MBK and QSF5632MBK are convertible fixtures that can
be installed as a pendant light or semi-flush light. The package
contents include a 12L rod, a 12L rod with nipple, a ceiling
canopy, two 6L rods, mounting hardware, a short rod, fixture body,
crossbar assembly, and wire connectors. The recommended bulb type
is medium (E26) type A with a maximum wattage of 100W.
Safety Information
Before attempting to assemble, install or operate the product,
read and understand the entire manual. Turn off electricity at the
circuit breaker box or the main fuse box before beginning
installation. Use bulbs specified by the markings and/or labels on
the fixture. If in doubt about electrical installation, consult a

Wipe clean using a soft, dry cloth or static duster. Avoid using

Product Usage Instructions
Installation Option 1: Pendant QP5632MBK
1. Install rods to fixture body. Optional rods: 8 feet ceiling –
(2) 12L rods, 9 feet ceiling – (2) 6L rods + (2) 12L rods.
2. Install ceiling canopy A to upper rod.
3. Install crossbar assembly.
4. Wiring: Connect white wire from the supply and black (or red)
wire from the supply to the fixture. Connect the ground wire from
the supply to the green ground screw.
5. Install ceiling canopy to crossbar assembly. For angled
ceilings, swivel the opening towards the wall.
6. Install four correct bulbs referring to fixture markings and/or
labels for maximum wattage.
Installation Option 2: Semi-Flush QSF5632MBK
1. Remove swivel.
2. Install ceiling canopy and short rod to fixture body.
3. Install crossbar assembly.
4. Wiring: Connect white wire from the supply and black (or red)
wire from the supply to the fixture. Connect the ground wire from
the supply to the green ground screw.
5. Install ceiling canopy to crossbar assembly.
6. Install four correct bulbs referring to fixture markings and/or
labels for maximum wattage.
After installation, restore electricity and save the
installation guide for future reference.
