- Filter must be inserted into dirt cup for hand vac to fully lock into place
- To assemble the filter, place mesh screen over pleated filter
- Hold tab/key on inside of filter
- Turn clockwise to lock mesh frame into place
- Once assembled, insert filter into dirt cup with flat side at the top of the cup
- Install assembled dirt cup onto hand vac, latching bottom first, and folding the top into place until it clicks
- If the latches connecting the dirt cup to the hand vac are broken, the hand vac should be replaced
