My Bolt® Lithium Max Pet Cordless Hand Vacuum Has No Power | Support

  • Unplug vacuum
  • Run hand along entire length of power cord, it should be smooth
  • Check plug for damage
    • If either the cord (not smooth or exposed wires) or plug (prongs) are damaged, Contact Us
  • Check to see if outlet is working:
    • Test this by plugging in a cell phone charger or small appliance
    • If no power to outlet, test a different outlet in a separate room
    • Reset circuit breaker if needed
  • Verify the charger being used for the stick vacuum is model number SSC-180085US
    • This information is located on the front of the charger and on the white sticker on the bottom side of the hand vacuum
  • Test machine is charging correctly, plug it direct into back of the handle
 Charging time is 4 hours for a full charge

1 or 2 lights will blink bluePartially ChargedContinue Troubleshooting
1 segment may blink RED for 10 sec. and then blinks blueFully DrainedLet charge for an hour before continuing
  • If there are no lights or the red light continues to blink, please Contact Us
