To use the Gas Salamander, follow these steps:

Ensure that the Gas Salamander is placed on a stable and level
surface.
Connect the gas inlet pipe to the Gas Salamander.
Adjust the NG/LPG Adjusting Valve according to your gas supply
type.
Place the desired food item on the rack inside the
chamber.
Cover the chamber with the top cover plate.
Turn on the gas supply.
Ignite the pilot using the Pilot Bracket and Pilot
assembly.
Select the desired temperature using the Zinc-alloy knob.
Monitor the cooking process through the front panel.
Once the food is cooked to your desired level, turn off the gas
supply and let the Gas Salamander cool down before cleaning or
moving it.
