Product Information
This product is a fan system manufactured by BigFans. It is
designed to provide cooling and air circulation in various
settings. The fan system comes with different mounting options such
as bar joists, I-beams, angle irons, and direct mounts. It also
includes safety cables for secure installation.
Product Usage Instructions
- Before starting the installation process, read and save the
provided instructions for future reference. - Ensure that you have all the necessary hardware and components
included in the package. - Choose the appropriate mounting option based on your specific
requirements (bar joists, I-beams, angle irons, or direct
mount). - Follow the provided diagrams and measurements to position and
align the fan system correctly. - Use the specified bolts, washers, and nuts to secure the fan
system to the mounting structure. Do not fully tighten the hardware
initially. - If required, use spacers for beam flanges exceeding 3/8 in. (10
mm) width. - Make any necessary angle adjustments to the upper mount for
proper positioning. - Tighten the hardware gradually, starting with the outer bolts
and moving towards the center. Refer to the provided tightening
instructions. - Ensure that the extension tube is hanging vertically and
horizontally level. - Draw the cable tightly around the mounting structure,
minimizing any slack. - If your fan order includes guy wires, install them according to
the instructions provided with the guy wire kit. - Refer to the electrical installation instructions provided
separately for wiring and power connection. - Disconnect power before proceeding with any electrical
connections. - Attach all retainers before fully tightening the bolts.
- Position hole A over hole B for proper alignment.

Make sure the controller wiring or cable is routed from the fan’s VFD to the controller installation location. Refer to the instructions that came in the controller box for controller installation details.
