Vivo Pp-2-g060c Frosted Clamp-on Desk Privacy Panels Instruction Manual (+ PDF)

The Frosted Clamp-on Desk Privacy Panels (x2) are designed to
provide privacy and reduce distractions in shared workspaces. The
panels come with all the necessary hardware for easy installation
and are suitable for desktops with thicknesses between 3/4 – 2
inches (18mm – 50mm). The product SKU is PP-2-G060C.

Tools Needed

A Phillips screwdriver is required for assembly. Note that some
hardware may not be used.

Product Usage Instructions

Step 1

Separate the clamps (B) into separate components.

Step 2

Apply the pads (C) to the underside of each clamp.

Step 3

Place the plastic pads (H) on the inner face of each upper clamp
component.

Step 4a

Option A: 3/4 – 1 (18mm – 25mm) Desktop

Attach the lower clamp components to the underside of the desk
edge using ST3.9×25 self-tapping screws (D). The space between the
clamps must be no more than 18 [455mm]. Slide the upper clamp
components onto the lower clamps, and secure using the M6x25mm
bolts (F) and Allen wrench (I).

Step 4b

Option B: 1 – 2 (25mm – 50mm) Desktop

Slide the upper clamp components onto the lower clamps, and
partially insert M6x25mm bolts (F) or M6x40mm bolts (G) depending
on the desktop thickness. Place the clamps on the edge of the desk,
and tighten using the Allen wrench (I). The space between the
clamps must be no more than 18 [455mm].

Step 5

Slide the front clamp components onto the upper clamps.

Step 6

Place the panels (A) into the clamps, making sure the panels are
fit between the plastic pads.

Step 7

Insert the M6x12mm bolts (E) into the front clamps, and tighten
with the Allen wrench (I).

Note: This product contains small parts and is not suitable for
children under 3 years. Adult supervision is required.

ASSEMBLY STEPS
STEP 1
Separate the clamps (B) into separate components.
STEP 2
Apply the pads (C) to the underside of each clamp.

Place the plastic pads (H) on the inner face of each upper clamp component.
STEP 4a
OPTION A: 3/4″ – 1″ (18mm – 25mm) Desktop Attach the lower clamp components to the underside of the desk edge using ST3.9×25 self-tapping screws (D) (NOTE: For correct fit, the space between the clamps must be no more than 18″ [455mm]). Slide the upper clamp components onto the lower clamps, and secure using the M6x25mm bolts (F) and Allen wrench (I).

STEP 4b
OPTION B: 1″ – 2″ (25mm – 50mm) Desktop Slide the upper clamp components onto the lower clamps, and partially insert M6x25mm bolts (F) or M6x40mm bolts (G) depending on the desktop thickness. Place the clamps on the edge of the desk, and tighten using the Allen wrench (I). (NOTE: For correct fit, the space between the clamps must be no more than 18″ [455mm]).

STEP 5
Slide the front clamp components onto the upper clamps.
STEP 6
Place the panels (A) into the clamps, making sure the panels are fit between the plastic pads.

Insert the M6x12mm bolts (E) into the front clamps, and tighten with the Allen wrench (I).
