PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Please read the user manual carefully before using the trailer. This manual is a guide to solving the problems of installation, operation and maintenance of the trailer.

Trailer 450Kg / 550Kg / 750kg is an accessory for RURIS Tillers for the transport of agricultural products, materials or other accessories or tools from – one place to another, depending on the needs of the user.

Equipped with suspension on lamellar springs, braking system, rubber wheels with chamber, folding shutters, this trailer makes the transport carried out in optimal conditions, safe and with increased comfort.

The brake pedal is designed to operate in a – ratchet system, allowing the user to lock the wheels while stationary.

CAREFUL!

The trailer is not approved and equipped for traffic on public roads.

ASSEMBLING GUIDE TRAILER 450S, 550S, 750S

• Place the platform in position
  
• Remove the bolts and bushings on the platform.
  
• Mount the wheel on the trailer shaft.
  
• Position the shaft on the platform, then fix the previously removed bolts and bushings. Attention, the bushings are inserted into the interior of the spring leaf.
  
• Position the connection support on the platform, fixing it with bolts.
  
• The brake rods are engaged.
  
• Mount the extension of the connection support by fixing it with the screws provided.
  
• The support chair is fixed with the fastening screws.
  
• Fix the chair support and fasten it in the two tightening screws. (for the RURIS 450s trailer)
  
• Attach the chair support and then secure the chair support with the retaining screws. (for the RURIS 750s trailer)

Careful!!!

All screws must be tightened and the bolts fuses fixed correctly.

In any solid body there are internal, structural forces that ensure the preservation of the shape and dimensions of the body. If a body is mechanically stressed, some additional internal forces appear within it, which seek to oppose the body’s tendency to deform. Therefore, it is necessary that the weight of the accessory be equally distributed, taking into consideration all the elements (the weight of the user, the power and weight of the towing machine, etc.), to avoid deformation of the accessory or unforeseen accidents.

MANDATORY CHECKS BEFORE EACH USE

• All threaded assemblies are properly tightened
• The tire pressure is adequate ( max.1.5 – 2bar )
• The boards should be securely fastened
• The brake works properly
• Coupling for tiller should be appropriate and ensured.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

• DO NOT load the trailer with a weight exceeding the maximum permissible load.
• DO NOT exceed the maximum allowed speed.
• When loaded, the load will be evenly distributed and secured against slipping, overturning. Lateral or too high load may cause the trailer to overturn or unevenly.
• Weight distribution in the tipper towards axle.
  
• Drive at a moderate speed. Stay within your ability to control the vehicle;
• Make occasional stops on the route to check the load and fix it.
• Avoid stopping abruptly. If the trailer starts to vibrate it is necessary to slow down the speed in -.
• Slow down on pit roads and rail crossings;
• DO NOT use the trailer on a road with bumps greater than 5cm or an inclination greater than 5 degrees.
• Take the curves wide, allowing wide turns. Slow down before entering a curve.
• allow sufficient distance in the case of braking caused by the additional load of the trailer;
• Before turning your back, go down and make sure – you see where you will maneuver.
• When turning your back, maneuver at low speed and avoid cabracing
