Product Information:
The BCS AMERICA Utility Trailer is a versatile trailer designed
for various utility purposes. It features a sturdy construction
with support beams, axle assembly, tongue brackets, and brake cable
clamps. The trailer also includes a dump lever assembly, seat post
bracket, wheel dustcaps, and associated hardware.
Tools required:
- 17mm bolts
- Flat washers
- Locknuts
- Lock washers
- Cable clamps
- 12mm wheel nuts
- Spring
Product Usage Instructions:
Step 1:
Sort all loose components and ensure they match the items and
quantities shown in the provided images.
Step 2:
Turn the trailer body upside-down and place it on an empty
shipping container. Position the axle assembly inside the trailer’s
support beams, ensuring the brake levers are towards the rear.
Secure the axle assembly using 17mm bolts, flat washers, and
locknuts.
Step 3:
Mount the tongue to the outside of the support beam closest to
the front of the trailer using tongue brackets, 17mm bolts, lock
washers, and locknuts. Set the cable adjusters on the tongue and
axle mount to their minimum setting. Confirm that the emergency
brake is not engaged and the foot pedal is in the rear position
facing the trailer body.
Step 4:
Use the cable clamps to loop the brake cable around the brake
lever arms on the left and right axle. Pull the cable tight by hand
and tighten the cable clamps. Make any necessary adjustments to the
cable adjustors at both axles. Test the emergency brake and foot
pedal by spinning both brake drums on the axle.
Step 5:
Insert the spring into the dump lever and mount the lever to the
tongue using the provided hardware. Test that the dump lever
releases the trailer body. If necessary, use the slotted holes in
the tongue assembly to make adjustments. Install the seat bracket
on the tongue and then install the seat onto the seat bracket.
Step 6:
Ensure the tires are inflated to a maximum of 20 psi. Install
the wheels by adding the dust cap, sliding the wheel onto the wheel
studs, and securing it with four 12mm wheel nuts. Tighten the wheel
nuts to 60 ft-lbs.
Step 7:
Install the appropriate curved coupler. Ensure that the nylock
nut is completely threaded but not completely tightened to allow
the trailer to maintain stability on uneven ground.

Step 2: Turn the Trailer body upside-down. It is placed on the empty shipping container in Figure 1 below. Next, position the axle assembly to the inside of the Trailer’s support beams, making sure the brake levers are towards the REAR of the Trailer. Secure the axle assembly using the 17mm bolts, flat washers, and locknuts (Figure 2).

Step 3: Mount the tongue to the outside of the support beam closest to the front of the Trailer using the tongue brackets, 17mm bolts, lock washers, and locknuts (Figure 3). Set the cable adjusters on the tongue and axle mount to their minimum setting (Figure 4). Confirm that the emergency brake is not engaged and the foot pedal is in the rear position facing the Trailer body (Figure 5).

Step 4: Use the cable clamps to loop the brake cable around the brake lever arms on the left and right axle, as shown in Figures 6 & 7. Pull as tight as possible by hand and tighten the cable clamps. Make any final adjustments as needed to the cable adjustors at both axles. Test the emergency brake and foot pedal by spinning both brake drums on the axle.

Step 5: Insert the spring into the dump lever (Figure 8) and mount the lever to the tongue (Figure 9) with the appropriate hardware. Test that the dump lever releases the trailer body. If not, make use of the slotted holes in the tongue assembly to make adjustments. Next, install the seat bracket on the tongue (Figure 10) and then install the seat onto the seat bracket (Figure 11).

Step 6:
Finally, after ensuring the tires are inflated to a maximum of 20 psi, install the wheels. Add the dust cap (Figure 12), slide the wheel onto the wheel studs, then secure with four 12mm wheel nuts and tighten to 60 ft-lbs (Figure 13).

Step 7: Install the appropriate Curved Coupler (Figure 14). Make sure the nylock nut is completely threaded, but not completely tightented, to allow the trailer to maintain stability on uneven ground.
Notes: · Trailer capacity: 1100 lbs · Trailer can only be operated in rear-mount mode. · Tillers are the only attachments that can be left mounted
on the tractor while operating the Trailer. · No attachment can be operated while the Trailer is
