C0262 Kodiak 2 Light Flush Mount Ceiling Light Fixture
Product Information
The C0262 is a fixture that requires assembly and installation.
It comes with a hardware package that includes a mounting strap
unit, mounting screw, wire connector, and finial. The fixture can
accommodate two 60W max. medium base bulbs (not included).
Product Usage Instructions
- Before installing the C0262 fixture, consult local electrical
codes for wiring and grounding requirements. - Turn off power at the fuse or circuit box to avoid the risk of
electrical shock. - Attach the mounting strap unit (A) to the outlet box using two
mounting screws (B). - Remove the finial (D) from the mounting strap unit (A).
- Attach the ceiling pan to the mounting strap unit (A) by
inserting threaded pipe into the center hole of the ceiling pan and
secure it with the finial (D). Note: Depth of threaded pipe may
need to be adjusted to properly fit the finial. - Install two 60W max. medium base bulbs (not included). Check
relamping label at socket area or packaging for maximum wattage
allowed. - Turn on power at the fuse or circuit box.
The C0262 fixture comes with a spare parts list that includes an
assembly kit, mounting strap unit, mounting screw, wire connector,
and finial. These parts are available for re-order if damaged or
missing.

Installation Steps
Turn off the power at fuse or circuit box.
1. Attach the mounting strap unit (A) to the outlet box by using two mounting screws (B).
2. Pull out the source wires from the outlet box. Make wire connections using wire connectors (C) as follows: · Connect the hot wire (black insulation) from the fixture to the black wire from the power source. · Connect the neutral wire (white insulation) from the fixture to the white wire from the power source. · Attach the fixture ground wire (bare wire) to the mounting strap unit (A) with the green ground screw. Then, depending on local code, connect it to the house ground wire with the wire connector (C). Carefully put all of the wires back into the outlet box.
3. Remove the finial (D) from the mounting strap unit (A).
4. Attach the ceiling pan to the mounting strap unit (A) by inserting threaded pipe into the center hole the ceiling pan and secure it with the finial (D). NOTE: Depth of threaded pipe may need to be adjusted to properly fit the finial.
6. Install 2 x 60W max. medium base bulbs (not included). Check relamping label at socket area or packaging for maximum wattage allowed.
Turn on the power at fuse or circuit box.
