TROUBLESHOOTING- The camera does not play back any images after powering on
- check if the supply voltage is stable and if the polarity has been observed
- check the connection with the monitor and DVR
- The image shows fluctuations
- check that the supply voltage is stable
- check the monitor and peripheral equipment
- The background color of the image changes continuously
- the electromagnetic field of the fluorescent lamps causes the color change. This is a normal phenomenon
- reduce the number of fluorescent lamps or increase the distance between the surveillance camera and the lamps
- The image is unstable
- check that the supply voltage is stable
- check the correctness of the connections
