The Nutrient Delivery System is an assembly of high-quality
dosers connected with easy-to-configure kits. It features
Water-Powered Dosatron Dosers that have a proven technology of
reliability and accuracy for over 40 years. The system is designed
to automate the nutrient delivery process, reducing human error and
decreasing labor costs while increasing profits. With total
dilution control in mind, the system can be customized based on
your personal nutrient program, providing increased quality and
making the process of blending and dispensing nutrients easier and
more accurate. The Nutrient Delivery System can be used for various
applications such as greenhouse environments, outdoors, drip
irrigation, vertical farming, overhead irrigation, grow towers,
octo-bubbler system, and batch tank fill. It works with various
substrates and irrigation methods, easily doses different
nutrients, additives, or supplements, and can adjust pH for a
perfect, well-blended solution.
The system includes Dosatron Dosers which are water-powered and
require no electricity. They are easy to adjust by turning the dial
to set the necessary dosage rate. The dosers use volumetric
proportioning to ensure consistent mixture regardless of variations
in pressure and flow. They utilize piston technology to mix the
water flowing through the doser with the concentrate for a blended
solution. The Nutrient Delivery System also includes Etatron Pumps
which are electric and provide consistent dosing. They have a
compact design with a standard PVDF solenoid head and an IP65
acid-resistant housing. The pumps are energy-saving and have
programmable dosing capabilities that automatically adjust the
frequency of the dose based on the flow rate.
The Nutrient Delivery System is available in different series
and sizes to fit various flow ranges:
- Lo-Flo Series – 3/4 inch Water-Powered System Kits (Flow range
of 2 – 10 GPM) - Micro-Doser System – 3/4 inch Kit (Flow range of 0.5 – 20
GPM) - Hi-Flo Series – 1 1/2 inch Water-Powered System Kits (Flow
range of 5 – 40 GPM) - Micro-Doser System – 1 1/2 inch Kit (Flow range of 5 – 60
GPM) - Mega-Flo Series – Flow range of 5 – 400 GPM with different
doser models available

- Determine the number of products being dosed and their
application rate/ranges. - Determine the flow requirements of the irrigation system that
will be fed by the Nutrient Delivery System. - Refer to the Dosatron Doser Selection Chart to choose the
appropriate Dosatron dosers. - Pick the Water-Powered Nutrient Delivery Kits that you need
from the graphic provided. - If you have higher pressure situations, use the Higher-Pressure
Starter Kit and consider adding a Mixing Chamber sleeve Sunshade
(sold separately). - Follow the installation illustrations provided in the user

The Etatron eOne Micro-Doser can accurately inject super-concentrated products and can be integrated into an existing fertigation system. The Micro-Doser is able to hit target rates of many high-value products on the market These kits can work in combination with a Dosatron Water-Powered Nutrient Delivery System, or as a stand-alone solution, to provide the ultimate in reliability and functionality in one system
