DOSATRON N HS15-5 Li’l Bud-D 5-Gallon DosaCart

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Part #: HS15-5
(5-Gallon cart with bucket and lid fits 7 GPM, 11 GPM, and 14 GPM. Dosatron, Quick Hook-Up Kit and Cart sold separately.)

1. Install the mounting bracket, included with your Dosatron pump, to the Li’l Bud-D cart using the hardware kit provided.
2. Assemble the Quick Hook-Up Kit with the unit using the Quick Hook-Up Kit instructions included with the kit. (D14 unit pictured as example) NOTE: Be cautious not to use excessive force when attaching the fittings onto blue housing of unit.
   Attach the Dosatron unit and the Quick Hook-Up Kit onto the unit bracket. Secure with the unit strap.
3. Attach the Dosatron unit and the Quick Hook-Up Kit onto the unit bracket. Secure with the unit strap.
4. Use the supplied zip ties to attach the hoses to the eye hooks.
5. Insert the hose through the opening of the bucket lid.
   
6. Remove the hose nut from the unit. Insert the hose through the nut and attach to the bottom end of the unit barb.
7. Tighten the hose nut onto bottom of the unit.
