DOSATRON HS15-16 DosaCart Portable Fertilizer System
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

(Portable Fertilizer System fits 14 GPM Dosatron models. Dosatron, Quick Hook-Up Kit and Cart sold separately.)
Remove the 10 screws from the back plate, to remove from the back of the DosaCart.
Attach the 14 GPM Dosatron unit bracket on the eyebolts, with the two screws and two nylon locking nuts provided in the hardware bag.
Attach the plate back onto the DosaCart by installing eight screws around the plate except for the top two screws (these will be used for the crash bar, see step 7).
Assemble the Quick Hook-Up Kit with the D14 unit using the Quick Hook-Up Kit instructions included with the kit.
NOTE: Be cautious not to use excessive force when attaching the fittings onto blue housing of the unit.
Attach the Dosatron unit and Quick Hook-Up Kit assembly onto the unit bracket.
Zip tie hoses to eye hooks.
Attach the crash bar into place using the remaining two screws.
Pull the Dosatron pickup hose through the DosaCart lid, with the filter placed on the inside of the lid
Insert filter end of pickup hose into DosaCart tank and attach the lid to the cart.
Remove the hose nut from the unit. Insert the pickup hose through the nut and attach to the barb at the bottom of the unit. Tighten the hose nut back to the unit.
