Hold down [Fn]+[Q]/[E]/[R]/[T] for 3 seconds, until [Q]/[W]/E]/[R]/[T] flashing

Note
The back light tums off after 1 minute of inactivity.
Enter deep sleep after 30 minutes of no operation. Bluetooh disconnected, press the button to automatically reconnect.
