Cautions

1. Some people may suffer from light sensitivity, discontinue use immediately if any discomfort occurs.
2.  Never cover the lamp or place anything on top of it during operation to avoid overheating or fire hazards.
3. Consult your health care provider before use of this product if you are under medical care or have suffered from an eye condition before.
4. Follow local ordinances and recycling instructions regarding disposal or recycling of the device and device components.
5. Do not look directly look at the light therapy lamp. It only serves as background light.
6.  If you have any product problems or report an unexpected situation during use, please unplug the power immediately and call the after-sales service hotline.

PREPARING FOR USE

Put the lamp on a flat and stable surface using the support foot ( Fig.1 ).

Connect to a power source with the included power adapter. The unit will enter standby mode, and the Power Button indicator will light up ( Fig.2 ).

USING YOUR LIGHT THERAPY LAMP

Power On / Off

1. Tap the Power Button once to turn on / off the lamp.
2.  Press the + / – Button on the panel to choose the most comfortable brightness for you.
3. If power is not disconnected, the lamp will remember the light brightness of last use when turned on again.
   Note: Unplugging the lamp will reset the setting.

Set the Timer
Long press the Power button to set the timer for 30 minutes. The LED Indicator will blink white when the timer is duly enabled. Long press the Power button to disable the timer at any time.
Adjust the Light Brightness
Tap and hold the Light Brightness + / – Button to adjust the light brightness.
