Product Usage Instructions

Safety Notes

• Wear gloves during installation to prevent crushing and cutting injuries.
• Ensure that the hot and cold water supplies have equal pressures.

Installation Instructions

• Follow the adjustment instructions on page 38 to adjust the hot water limiter. Note that using a hot water limiter with a continuous flow water heater is not recommended.
• Refer to page 40 for dimensions and flow diagram.
• If any spare parts are needed, refer to page 53.
• For cleaning instructions, refer to page 46. 3.

Troubleshooting

• If the faucet is dripping, it may be due to a defective or calcified cartridge. Replace or clean the cartridge accordingly.
• If there is water leakage at the mounting shaft, check if the O-ring on the connection hose is defective. Tighten or replace the O-ring as needed.
• If the warm water temperature is too low, adjust the hot water limiter.

Installation Instructions

• Prior to installation, inspect the product for transport damages. After it has been installed, no transport or surface damage will be honored.
• The pipes and the fixture must be installed, flushed and tested as per the applicable standards.
• The plumbing codes applicable in the respective countries must be observed.
• 72805XXX, 72807XXX, 72827XXX: Only dishwashers and washing machines certified with the DVGW emblem may be connected to the appliance connection valve without an additional fuse.
• 72843XXX, 72844XXX: The mixer can not used together with a continuous flow water heater.

• Do not use silicone containing acetic acid!

Hansgrohe recommends not to use as drinking water the first half liter of water drawn in the morning or after a prolonged period of non-use.
