Function description
- Before power-on: It is a whole mirror.
- After power-on: The machine plays fitness instruction videos (such as yoga), and the user exercises against the machine. The machine camera captures human body motion information and performs real-time calculations to guide and correct human body movements. At the same time, it can count the amount of human exercise information.
Operation process
Turn on and turn off
- Turn off: Press the rocker switch on the machine to shut down
- Turn on:
- Press the rocker switch on the machine to start it;
- Connect to Wifi through touch screen operation;
- Through the touch screen operation, select the required exercise course and play it.

Use the Bluetooth connection method commonly used for Android machines.
