The AGT-SVH30 Single Drum Road Roller is a high-performance
walk-behind roller that is powered by a CF178F diesel engine. The
roller uses a centrifugal clutch CVT and hydraulic two-way travel
with chain walking for a more stable torque and movement. The
exciting force of the roller is directly controlled by the
throttle, making it easy to operate and mobile. The roller has a
water tank volume of 22L and a working weight of 330kg.

Product Usage Instructions

Precautions:

1. Before each launch, check the equipment to avoid personal
   injury and equipment damage.
2. To prevent fires, ensure good ventilation. Keep the engine at
   least 1 meter away from buildings and other equipment. Do not put
   combustibles near the engine.
3. Children and pets must stay away from the operating area to
   prevent burns or injuries.
4. Learn how to shut down the equipment and all control components
   quickly. Never allow untrained personnel to operate the
   equipment.
5. Do not put combustible materials near moving equipment. Add
   fuel in a well-ventilated place and stop running before refueling
   the engine. Gasoline is highly flammable and can explode under
   certain conditions.
6. Do not overfill the fuel tank. The fuel filler neck should not
   have fuel. If fuel overflows, remove it and wait for it to
   evaporate before starting the engine.
7. Where engine or fuel increase fuel storage, no smoking or open
   flames.
8. The engine exhaust includes carbon monoxide. Avoid inhalation
   and never operate the machine in a closed or poorly ventilated
   area.
9. When the engine is running, the muffler will be very hot. Heat
   will continue for a period of time after stopping, so do not touch
   it to avoid burns or fire. Allow the engine to cool down before
   moving or storing it.

Device Control:

The fuel valve controls the passage between the fuel tank and
carburetor when the engine is running. Pull the fuel valve to the
ON position. When the engine is not used, pull the fuel valve to
the OFF position to prevent oil outflow.

Four. Device Control
1Fuel value
Fuel valve is for controlling passage between fuel tank and carburetor when engine is running, fuel valve
T must be pulled to ON position. When engine is not used, pull fuel valve to OFF position. Prevent oil outflow in
carburetor, reducing possibility of leakage of gasoline.
AG 2Engine ON/OFF Engine switch controls ignition system, put engine switch to open position, start engine, put engine switch to OFF position, shut down engine.
3Choke lever
Choke rod control carburetor lever. When choke lever is located OFF position, improve concentration of gasoline to cold start engine. After engine is started, choke lever located at open position, to provide suitable fuel for its operation, but also for starting engine heat engine provides right fuel.
4Throttle lever
Throttle lever controls engine speed, put throttle lever in desired engine speed position.
Five.Run
(One) Checking before running 1Check engine, hydraulic tank and look and bottom of tubing ,to see if oil spill. 2Wipe off excess dirt and other obstacles, especially around muffler and recoil starter 3Check appearance , if all nuts, bolts and screws are strong, whether drive belt and chain is too loose ?. 4Check engine and hydraulic oil tank level, low fuel runs may result engine damage, unsteady gait, periodic
replacement of engine oil and hydraulic oil, to avoid damage due to an accident, check the oil level before starting.

5Check air filter, dirty air filter will reduce amount of air into carburetor, reducing engine power. 6Check V-belt, if chain is normal TwoRoller start operation 1Put Engine fuel valve plate to open position, put hydraulic reversing handle into forward or reverse position.
During Engine is heating, pull choke lever to on position.
2Engine switch is turned to ON position 3Gently pull recoil handle until resistance is felt, then quickly pulled, slowly back into handle. 4After starting engine, if choke lever in OFF position, slowly move it to open position, let engine warm, Starting
work after idling five minutes .
5In warm-up operation launched, push front roller valve forward, move rear roller valve backward walking. 6Pull back throttle lever, roller compaction operations.
