Product Information: MIX 10/25
The MIX 10/25 is a dosing unit manufactured by Nilfisk FOOD. The
unit comes with a dosing pump and a ball valve on the inlet side
that are dismounted and packed in a separate box to optimise
shipping. The unit also includes a solenoid valve plug on the inlet
side.
Assembly Instructions:
When leaving Nilfisk FOOD, the unit is packed like this. The
dosing pump and ball valve on the inlet side are dismounted and
packed in a separate box to optimise shipping. Here are the
assembly instructions:
- Mount the dosing pump and ball valve in the holder by slipping
them into the groove. - Insert the supplied gasket, which is located in the small
plastic bag on the hose, between the dosing pump and the plastic
union. - Tighten the union by hand.
- Mount the solenoid valve plug on the inlet side.
- The unit is now ready to be installed.
Note: The instructions are available in multiple languages
including UK, DE, and ES. Make sure to follow the instructions
carefully for proper assembly of the unit.

UK Insert the suppllied gasket, which is located in the small plastic bag on the hose, between the dosing pump and the plastic union. The union is tightened by hand.
DE Setzen Sie die mitgelieferte Dichtung ein, die sich in dem kleinen Plastikbeutel am Schlauch zwischen der Dosierpumpe und der Kunststoffüberwurfmutter befindet. Die Überwurfmutter muss von Hand angezogen werden.
FR Insérez sur le flexible entre la pompe de dosage et le raccord en plastique le joint fourni dans le sachet en plastique. Serrez le raccord à la main.
ES Inserte la junta suministrada, que se encuentra en la pequeña bolsa de plástico de la manguera, entre la bomba dosificadora y la unión de plástico. La unión se deberá apretar a mano.
