Ventilation From Hospital to Home
For customers transitioning from hospital to home ventilation,
Ventec Life Systems offers comprehensive resources and guidance to
ensure a smooth transition and optimal ventilation at home.
Supplies and Ordering
To place orders for supplies, customers can register as new
customers on the VentecLife.com/Customer website. New account
setups may take up to two business days. Purchase orders can be
emailed to [email protected]. Orders must be received by 12:00
p.m. Eastern time, Monday-Friday, to ship on the next business
day.
Sales and Marketing
Ventec Life Systems provides manuals, resources, brochures, and
a buyer’s guide to help customers make informed decisions about
their ventilation needs. Customers can find additional clinical
information and resources on the VentecLife.com/Resources
website.
Clinical Training
VentecLife.com/Training offers in-depth video training, clinical
manuals, training checklists, quick reference charts, and other
helpful clinical documentation. Customers can also earn Continuing
Respiratory Care Education (CRCE) credits approved by the American
Association for Respiratory Care (AARC).
Service and Warranty
The Service and Warranty Guide provides information about
Ventec’s Preventative Maintenance schedule and costs. Customers can
contact the service team at [email protected] for more
details.
Device Tracking
To maintain accurate records, provide ongoing support, and
comply with FDA guidelines, customers are required to update the
device ownership history for any devices sold or transferred. They
can do so by visiting VentecLife.com/Tracking and filling out the
Change of Ownership Registration Form.
DME Support
Ventec Life Systems offers webinar trainings for sales teams and
partners with customers on marketing opportunities to highlight
