FXT-FLEXIBLE-BOXA Fully Encapsulated Flexible Fixture

Product Information

The product is a flexible fixture called BOXA. It is compliant
with installation standards and suitable for various applications
such as office, retail, hospitality, education, laboratory, and
residential settings. The fixture is available in different
profiles including Seamless BW, Seamless BRL, Seamless RGB,
Seamless DW, DW-HE, Seamless SW, SW-HE, SC, and Seamless RGBW. The
components and hardware included with the fixture are White Snug
Clip (WSC), Rigid Lock Channel (RLC), Magnetic Clip (MC), Side
Graze Channel (SGC), PVC Mounting Clip (PPS-2), PVC Mount Channel
(PPS-96/FT), PVC Low Profile Mount Channel (PPS-LP-2), and PVC Low
Profile Mount Channel (PPS-LP-96/FT). The product also offers
accessories like Q-ANGLE for different mounting angles.

Mounting Method:

Surface Preparation:

Ensure that the surface is clean and dry.
Maintain humidity levels below 50%.

Methods of Installation:

For wall-to-wall installation, use the following mounting clips
and channels:

White snug clip (WSC)
Rigid lock channel (RLC)
Magnetic clip (MC) – for cove use only
Side graze channel (SGC)

For seamless mounting, use the following mounting channels:

PVC mount channel (PPS-2)
Custom length PVC mount channel (PPS-96/FT)

For low profile seamless mounting, use the following low profile
mount channels:

PVC low profile mount channel (PPS-LP-2)
Custom length PVC low profile mount channel (PPS-LP-96/FT)

Note: Other mounting styles may have additional

Wire Method:

Review the wire method options (S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, P1, P2, P3,
P4, P5) to ensure a clean installation before mounting the finished
fixture.

· Minimum application temperature: 50ºF
· This temperature and humidity should be maintained for 72 hours after application for maximum holding force.

The PPS-BRACKET can be field cuttable and cut to whatever length your application requires. The PPS-BRACKET can be installed as a full length of 96″, multiple smaller pieces, or end to end for longer seamless runs.
Using pre-drilled pilot holes screw the #8 flat head screws to mount the PPS-BRACKET (1 screw every 16″).
NOTE: For drywall applications mount directly into a stud.
