Product Information:

The product is a lighting fixture with model number
1135-PB-CL-MWP. It is manufactured by Crystorama and has been in
production for sixty years. The fixture is designed to provide
lighting and features crystal sets for added elegance. It is damp
rated, meaning it can be installed in areas with high humidity such
as bathrooms.

The fixture requires 12 Candelabra Base Bulbs with a recommended
wattage of 40 Watts and a maximum wattage of 60 Watts. LED bulbs
are recommended for extended use.

Product Usage Instructions:

1. Before installation, place the fixture parts on a soft
   cloth-covered platform.
2. Loosen each of the 8 arms and install them onto the
   fixture.
3. Repeat step 2 for the remaining 12 arms using the remaining
   holes.
4. Screw the Center column kit onto the distributor box.
5. Place the bottom bowl, metal washer, bobeche, and metal washer
   in that order over the distributor box. Secure with the
   finial.
6. Attach the mounting bar onto the outlet box.
7. Decide the desired hanging height and adjust the chain to the
   correct length.
8. Raise the fixture up and make the wire connection. Attach the
   canopy over the mounting bar and secure with the collar ring.
9. Dress the crystals as illustrated.

HOW TO INSTALL: Place the fixture parts on a soft cloth-covered platform before installation of fixture. 1. To install the 8″arms, slightly loosen each
screw on the metal plate. Pull a female plug through a hole in the upper metal plate. Connect the male plug at the end of the upper arm with the female plug that was just pulled. Push the end of the arm with the metal tab through the hole until stopped by the metal tab (this should also push the wires and plugs back inside the metal plate). Twist the metal tab counter-clock wise until both inserts lock onto the loose screws. Tighten the screw securing the arm in place. Repeat for all 8″arms using every other hole.
2. Repeat Step 1 for the 12″arms using the remaining holes.
3. Screw the Center column kit onto the distributor box.
4. Place the bottom bowl, metal washer, bobeche and metal washer in that order, over the distributor box. Secure with the finial.
