Product Information
The model #511-MT is a three-leafed wall sconce with a damp rating, suitable for indoor use. The sconce requires one candelabra base bulb, with a recommended wattage of 40 watts and a maximum wattage of 60 watts. LED bulbs are recommended for extended use. The sconce comes with a backplate, mounting hardware, and three leaves of varying sizes, along with two finials.
Product Usage Instructions
- Before beginning installation, ensure that you have all the parts and components by doing a complete inventory.
- Remove all three leaves from the sconce before attaching it to the outlet box.
- Attach the backplate to the outlet box using the provided mounting hardware.
- Insert the recommended bulb into the socket (bulb not included).
- Place the small leaf, middle leaf, and large leaf in that order over the nipple on the socket.
- Secure the leaves using the hex nut and one of the provided finials.
- The leaves can be adjusted by bending them slightly to achieve the desired look.

- Install the backplate onto the outlet box.
- Insert recommended bulb (not included).
- Place the small leaf, middle leaf and large leaf in that order, over the nipple on the socket and secure them with the hex nut and finial.
