Home anti tripping system is a power load management system that
continuously adapts the power delivered by the charger to the EV
according to the power available at home. The power availability is
calculated by the Home Anti-tripping system by comparing the
utility power limit and the home consumption gathered by a current
transformer positioned on the bottom of the main circuit breaker.
The communication between the Home Anti-tripping system and EVlink
Home charger is done with power line communication, so no need to
add communication cable.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Choose the appropriate EVlink Home charger based on your power
    requirements:
  • For single-phase charging with a socket (no charging cable),
    use the EVH4S07N2 model.
  • For three-phase charging with a socket (no charging cable), use
    the EVH4S11N2 model.
  • If required, install the optional 1 Phase Universal Peak
Controller or 3 Phase Universal Peak Controller for peak impact
    minimization.
  • Install the recommended Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker (Domae,
    1P+N – C, 40A, 30mA, 6000A) for circuit protection.
  • If using an attached charging cable, select the appropriate
    model:
    • For single-phase charging with an attached cable, use the
      EVlink Home 1P Attached cable 5m 7.4 Kw 32A – with RDC-DD Filter
      (EVA1HPC1).
    • For three-phase charging with an attached cable, use the EVlink
      Home 3P Attached cable 5m 11 kW 16A – with RDC-DD Filter
      (EVA1HPC3).
  • Ensure proper installation of the Home anti tripping system for
    power load management:
    • Position a current transformer at the bottom of the main
circuit breaker to gather home consumption data.
    • The Home Anti-tripping system will calculate power availability
by comparing utility power limit and home consumption.
    • No additional communication cable is required as the
communication between the Home Anti-tripping system and EVlink Home
charger is done through power line communication.
