C4 eT 20.20 GS Combi Oven

The Convotherm Maxx Pro EasyTouch C4 eT 20.20 GS Combi Oven is a
versatile kitchen appliance designed to handle a wide range of
cooking tasks. It features 20 shelves sized GN 2/1 and comes with
gas injection/spritzer and a right-hinged door. The oven also has
an integral preheat bridge and multi-point core temperature probe,
allowing for precise temperature control and consistent cooking
results. Additionally, the oven includes standard features such as
preselect, hygienic steam function, steam disinfect design, and
adjustable appliance feet.

928 mm. The empty weight without options and accessories is 359 kg,
while the weight of packaging is 48 kg.

Product Usage Instructions

  • Ensure the oven is placed in a location with a minimum
    clearance of 500 mm from heat sources.
  • Connect the oven to a water supply for water injection and
    cleaning, as well as to a drain connection DN 50.
  • Connect the oven to an electrical supply with a rating of 1N~
    230V 50/60Hz, a rated power consumption of 1.1 kW, a rated current
    of 4.3 A, and a fuse rating of 16 A.
  • Load the oven with food items using the included or available
    loading trolley.
  • Select the appropriate cooking settings using the preselect
    feature.
  • If necessary, use the ConvoClean+ fully automatic cleaning
    system to clean the oven. Quick access to individually created and
    saved cleaning profiles is available, as well as a cleaning
    scheduler and filter care interface.
  • For added hygiene, use the hygienic steam function and steam
    disinfect design features.
  • Monitor the cooking progress using the appliance status floor
    LED.
