Assembly Instructions

Thank you for purchasing the Crystorama Model #5036-AW-CL-MWP. This product is designed to provide elegant lighting for your home. Please read and follow these assembly instructions carefully to ensure safe and proper installation.

Product Information

• This fixture is damp rated
• Requires six candelabra base bulbs (40 watts recommended, 60 watts max)
• LED bulbs are recommended for extended use
• Crystal sets: 42 sets. (1)14mm + AS9-2

Usage Instructions

1. Before installation, turn off power to the area where the fixture will be installed.
2. Place all fixture parts on a soft cloth-covered platform before installation.
3. Attach the center column kit to the fixture body kit using the coupling and finial.
4. Attach the mounting plate onto the outlet box.
5. Decide the desired hanging height and adjust the chain to the correct length.
6. Raise the fixture up and do the wire connection.
7. Attach the canopy over the mounting plate and secure with fixture loop.
8. Put the candle sleeve onto the socket.
9. Dress the crystals as illustrated.

WARNING: All electrical components must be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the National Electric Code and the appropriate local electrical codes.

HOW TO INSTALL

Place the fixture parts on a soft cloth-covered platform before installation of fixture.

1. Attach the Center column kit to the fixture body kit using the coupling and finial.
2. Attach the mounting plate onto the outlet box.
3. Decide the desired hanging height and adjust the chain to the correct length.
