The product is a lighting fixture model #5024-AW-RO-MWP manufactured by Crystorama. It requires 4 Candelabra Base Bulbs,with 40 Watts recommended and 60 Watts Max. It is damp rated and comes with a center column kit, fixture body kit, mounting plate,
chain, metal candle sleeve, white PVC candle sleeve, and finial. The crystal set includes 24 sets of crystals with a size of 14mm and AS9-1.5.

Product Usage Instructions
Before installation, place the fixture parts on a softcloth-covered platform.
- Attach the center column kit to the fixture body kit using the coupling and finial.
- Attach the mounting plate onto the outlet box.
- Decide on the desired hanging height and adjust the chain tothe correct length.
- Raise the fixture up and do the wire connection. Attach thecanopy over the mounting plate and secure it with a loop.
- Put the metal candle sleeve onto the socket.
- Dress the crystals as illustrated.
Note that LED bulbs are recommended for extended use. The product requires electrical installation by a licensed electrician. Ensure that all electrical components are installed in accordance with the National Electric Code and the appropriate local electrical codes.

HOW TO INSTALL
