Product Usage Instructions
Assembly Instructions
- Place the body halves on a smooth, flat surface and fasten them
together with the provided hardware. - Attach the front support to the body and tighten it with the
provided hardware. - Attach the undercarriage to the body and tighten it with the
provided hardware. - Attach the front gate to the inside of the body using the
supplied hardware. - Attach the corner bumpers to the body of the cart and tighten
them with the provided hardware. - Insert the axle into the undercarriage halfway.
- Slide the axle completely through the undercarriage, ensuring
that the drawbar is caught when sliding the axle. Align the drawbar
with the front support and press down to latch. - Slide washers, spacers, and wheels onto the axle and secure
them with hairpins. - Attach the support bar to the body behind the flange
loosely. - Attach corner gussets to the rear and sides of the body and
tighten them with the provided hardware. - Attach the tailgate to the body. No hardware is required, and
the tailgate should move freely up or down. - Install the hitch pin and hairpin to secure the dump cart to
the attachment vehicle.
Operating Instructions
Before using the dump cart:
- Apply grease to the wheels using a grease gun until grease can
be seen squeezing out from both sides of the wheel. - Check tire pressure and inflate to 30 psi if needed.
- Read all safety rules found on page 1 of the user manual.
How to use the dump cart:
- Attach the dump cart to your tractor using the supplied hitch
pin. - Do not exceed 1,000 pounds when loading material into the cart
body. - Distribute the weight of the load as evenly as possible in the
cart body for best handling. - When hauling heavy loads, verify that your vehicle has adequate
towing and braking capacity. - Do not exceed 6 miles per hour when towing the dump cart.
How to empty the dump cart:
- Pull the hand lever forward to release the latch
mechanism. - Angle the cart body as desired to guide the material to the
preferred location. - Lower the body and guide the latch into the drawbar and relatch
it.
