Product Information:

The product is a lamp fixture with model number NW-BL75063. The
lamp body power cord (1) is linked to the external power cord with
a terminal cap. The lamp fixture includes a lamp head (6), a lamp
shade (7), and a pegboard (2) that is fixed to the press wire box
using screws (4). The lamp body (5) is fixed to the pegboard (2)
with screws (3). The lamp fixture requires a bulb (not included) to
be installed at the recommended wattage.

Note: Please turn off power and read the installation
instructions carefully before installation, changing the bulb, or
cleaning the fixture. The installation must be handled by a
qualified electrician with license.

Product Usage Instructions:

1. Turn off the power before installing, changing the bulb or
   cleaning the fixture.
2. Use screws (4) to fix the pegboard (2) to the press wire
   box.
3. Link the lamp body power cord (1) to the external power cord
   with a terminal cap.
4. Fix the lamp body (5) to the pegboard (2) with screws (3).
5. Use the ring (8) to fix the lamp shade (7) to the lamp head
   (6).
6. Install the bulb (not included) (9) to the lamp head (6) at the
   recommended wattage.
7. Check if the installation is complete, then turn on the
   power.
