SUBDRIVE 1 Power Supply
Product Information
The SubDrive 1 is a lighting fixture manufactured by ROBE
lighting s. r. o. It is designed for installation by a qualified
electrician in accordance with all national and local electrical
and construction codes and regulations. The fixture falls under
class one and must be grounded for safe operation.
Product Usage Instructions
- Step 1: Open Box
Remove the packaging and open the box containing the SubDrive 1
fixture. - Step 2: Install Housing
Uncover the SubDrive 1 fixture to access the interior
components. - Step 3: Connection
Strip the specified lengths of cable for power and data
connections:
- Power Connection: Strip 7mm of insulation for power
connections. - Data Connection: Strip 5mm of insulation for LED output and DMX
connections.
Drill holes on the mounting surface according to the specified
hole spacing. Use these holes to mount the SubDrive 1 fixture
securely.
Power Connection:
- L (Brown) – Power IN
- N (Blue) – Power IN
- GROUND (Green/Yellow) – Power IN
- Green – DMX CONNECTION (0V Data Ground)
Data Connection:
- DData – (Red) – Data Connection
- D+ Data + (Orange) – Data Connection
- WIRE Blue – Cable CE/US Leader – LED Output
Using a wrench size 24, install the cable gland M20x1.5. Use a
wrench size 16 to install the cable gland M12x1.5. Install each
cable gland individually to ensure proper installation.
Ensure the cable glands are properly installed to maintain a
water-tight seal. Install the top cover, ensuring the gasket is in
good condition and positioned correctly in the groove. Before
applying torque, ensure the thread is clean and functional.

STEP 4 CABLE GLAND INSTALLATION
Use wrench size 24 for cable gland M20x1.5 Use wrench size 16 for cable gland M12x1.5 Install Cable glands individually!
STEP 5 CLOSE BOX
Failure to properly install cable glands will result in failure of the water tight seal!
Install top cover making sure the gasket is in good condition
and is positioned properly in the groove. Before applying the torque, make sure the thread is clean and
functional.
