Product Information:

• The product is a lamp that requires assembly of the base and
  bulb (not included).
• The lamp is suitable for indoor use only.
• The lamp uses 110-120V 60Hz with a maximum of 60 watts and
  requires an E26 bulb.
• The lamp should not be used in the bathroom or damp
  places.
• The lamp should be placed on a flat surface and away from any
  flammable materials.
• The lamp should be switched off before cleaning.
• The plug should be removed from the outlet and the lamp should
  be cooled down before replacing the bulb.
• Do not pull the plug out of the outlet with wet hands.
• If the external flexible cable or cord of this luminaire is
  damaged, it should be exclusively replaced by the manufacturer or a
  similar qualified person to avoid any hazards.

Product Usage Instructions:

1. Assemble the base and the bulb (not included) as per the
   diagram provided.
2. Ensure that the lamp is placed on a flat surface and away from
   any flammable materials.
3. The lamp should be used indoors only and not in the bathroom or

4. Before cleaning the lamp, ensure that it is switched off.
5. When replacing the bulb, ensure that the plug has been removed
