Product Description

Our advanced intelligent control system is combined with the intelligent electric control system of the DT0 series hand controller. It has many advantages such as low energy consumption, intelligent ISP and Gyro sensor/tilt, easy-to-change settings 1/8 with plug and plays UL certified components it can realize the soft start and soft stop of the lifting table, and the lifting table runs smoothly with low noise.

Assembly Instructions step by step

1. Loosen the fixing screw 4PCS and extend the cross-rail exposing the mounting holes from left to right.
2. Mount the leg to each end of the frame as illustrated and fasten tightly using the hexagonal head screws as shown A-8PCS
3. Secure feet using A-8PCS and feet levelers G-4PCS
4. Attach the left and right side brackets with A-4PCS
5. Install the Keypad controller H-1PCS, and use B-14PCS to affix the entire work surface to the frame as shown.
6. Install the control unit I-1PCS， Plug in the marked power cord J-1PCS、Digital keypad H-1PCS, and motor cord into the control unit as shown in the diagram.
7. Secure the telescopic beam with machine screws-8PCS as shown
8. Slot in the control box I-1PCS and secure the expandable rail using E-8PCS then affix the cable tray with B-4PCS whilst affixing the covering assembly is complete.

Control System Instructions

5, The manual operation of the lifting table
The first step must be initialized operation/stroke reset

1. motor stroke reset:
   In the “E10, E20” alarm state or after running to the lowest height position, press and hold the key for 3 seconds, and release (Reset), the lifting table will start running downwards and rebound to a certain height, and the reset will display the lowest height.
   2. Multi-motor stroke reset:
   In the “E10, E20, E60” alarm state or after running to the lowest height position, press and hold the key for 3 seconds, and release (Reset), the lifting table will start to run downwards and rebound to a certain height. The reset will display the lowest height.
   1）1. Lifting
   The desk will go up and down when pressing or, along with the number shown on the height interface changing.
2. Position Invoking and Memory
   The following operations are performed under the height display interface.
   A. Touch Key Handle
   It shows “H1” when pressing, then the desk will run to the sitting position when loosen it.
   It shows “H2” when pressing, then the desk will run to the standing position when loosen it.
   Press and loosen it, and the height interface blinks, then press and loosen it to save the current height sitting position at last. Or press and loosen it to save the current height standing position at last. It will stop blinking and exit memory mode if there is no numeric key pressed within 6 seconds.
   B. Others
   Press the numeric key to invoke its corresponding height, and the desk will run to the position you invoked automatically.
   Press and loosen it, the height interface blinks, then press a numeric key( 1、2 、3 ) to save the current height and the corresponding position. It will stop blinking and exit memory mode if there is no numeric key pressed within 6 seconds.
3. Screen Awaken
   A. WN18H45 Touch Key Handle
   The height interface will be closed after lightning for a long time in order to avoid contact by mistake. You can long press to awaken it.
   B. Others
   The height interface will be closed after lightning for a long time. You can press any key to awaken it.
4. Setup Mode
   A. press 3 seconds, handle shows “S–” and blinks.
   B. loosen and press again to enter set up mode, it will display the function name, the function can be listed as the followings:
   Unit of the height displayed on the screen: Unit （）；
   The brightness of the screen： Brightness（）；
   On-off state of the beep： Beep（）；
   Force of the collision protection： Collision Force（）；
   The setting of the use height limitation： Set Height（）；
   The setting of the demonstration mode： Demo（）
   The function of each key in the setting mode：
   1/ Backspace key (back to the previous menu)
   Tab switch
   Enter key (enter to next menu or confirm the current operation)
   It will exit setting mode if there is no numeric key pressed within 20 seconds

   Set Height	Original 1,2	Use or choose the type of height after entering, and press to confirm and enter the corresponding setting interface.	The interface displays the last original height setting after entering. Use or adjust the setting, and press  to confirm and save it.
   	Low 1,3		The interface displays the last lowest limit setting after entering. Use or adjust the setting, and press to confirm and save it.
   	High 1,3		The interface displays the last highest limit setting after entering. Use or adjust the setting, and press to confirm and save it.

   Note:
   1. Adjustment resolution is 1cm or 0.5inch.
   2. Original height refers to the position after reset, it can be adjusted between -20cm and +20cm (or -8inch and +8inch).
   3. The highest limit set shall be 20cm or 8inch larger than the lowest limit.
   4. Password is five when using the WN18H45 handle.

5. Protection and Warning
   A. Block protection: when it displays “E02”, it alarms when the desktop is in vibration, collision, and tilt, auto-clear the alarm after rebounding; or press any key to clear the alarm during rebounding.
   You should check and ensure that the desk won’t operate in large amplitude vibration, barrier, or tilt condition, then try to run again.
   B. Overheat protection: when it displays “Hot”, this protection may be launched after running for a long time, you should wait for at least 18 minutes in order to use it again.
   C. Motor fault protection: when it displays “E10”, you should check and ensure that the connection between the motor and controller is reliable, then power it on and power it on again or press reset to clear it.
   D. Overload protection: when it displays “E20”, you should remove some objects on the desktop when it occurs during the rising phase; or ifit occurs during the decline phase, power it and power it on again or press reset to clear it.
   E. Undervoltage protection: when it displays “E31”, it alarms when the supply voltage is lower than the limit value, you should power it off and power it on again to clear it. Otherwise, it can be auto-cleared after the voltage goes to the set value.
   F. Overvoltage protection: when it displays “E32”, it alarms when the supply voltage is higher than the limit value, you should power it off and power it on again to clear it. Otherwise, it can be auto-cleared after the voltage goes to the set value.
   G. Out-of-step protection①: when it displays “E60”, you should check and make sure the motors of each channel are identical and their connection to the controller is reliable, then press reset to clear it.
   Note:
   1. Only a multi-motor system has out-of-step protection.
6. Stroke Reset
   In the condition of “E10, E20, and E60①” or basic position mode, long press for 3 seconds, loosen it until it shows, the desk runs to the bottom and rebounds to a certain height, resetfinishes, and shows the lowest position height.
   Note:
   1. Only a multi-motor system has this condition.

Starting from the ex-work date, for damage caused by non-human factors under normal use conditions within1years, the user can contact the factory or our agent for free maintenance by showing the maintenance card, invoice, or another valid voucher.

• Please note:
  Please fill in the maintenance card correctly and keep the invoice or other valid voucher safe. If the return of the product happens, you need to return the full set of products, and when processing returning, please make sure it can be sold for the second time.
• The below cases are not covered by the warranty term:
  1. Exceeds the warranty period
  2. No support voice or valid voucher, fake products
  3. Damage caused by not following the user manual
  4. Damage caused by human factors, like falling down, soaking water, violent strikes, etc.
  5. Damage caused by self-disassembling or maintenance of the product
  6. Damage caused by force majeure.
