TSGA601 Titan Floor to Ceiling Stability Pole
Product Information
The TSGA601 RotoBar is a grab bar designed to provide additional
support and stability for individuals with limited mobility. It
consists of a rotating grab bar, a Titan pole, and various parts
for installation.
Kit Contents
- All necessary tools for installation are included in the
kit.
Installation
Notes:
- If you purchased the TSGA601 RotoBar and the Titan pole
together, follow Steps 1 through 4 below. - If you already have the Titan pole installed, you will need to
loosen it and lay it on the floor.
Step 1: Slide the Rotating Grab Bar and parts onto the
Pole
Slide the RotoBar assembly and the other parts onto the Titan
pole from the bottom. Follow the sequence shown on the Step 1
drawing.
Step 2: Finish Installing the Pole
Finish installing the Titan pole by following the Pole Assembly
Instructions provided with the Titan pole.
Step 3: Decide how high you want the
RotoBar
When the Titan pole is assembled and standing between the floor
and ceiling, you can decide how high you want the RotoBar to be
from the floor. Move the bottom Cogs Collar up the Pole to this
height. Note that this bottom Cogs Collar will be the height of the
bottom horizontal RotoBar. Securely tighten the three Security
Screws in the bottom Cogs Collar with the provided Hex Key.
Step 4: Install the Plastic Stop
Install the Plastic Stop Ring into the bottom of the RotoBar
with the two screws provided. Test that the RotoBar lifts off the
internal cogs, rotates smoothly, and drops down into the cogs.
Maintenance
The TSGA601 Grab Bar may loosen with use. It is recommended to
check the Security Screws in the bottom Cogs Collar weekly and
tighten if necessary.
To clean your RotoBar, simply wipe it with a clean cloth and any
commercially available cleaning solution.
Limited Warranty
Hartmobility Inc. provides a limited lifetime parts warranty for
the TSGA601 RotoBar. This warranty covers defects in design and
workmanship. Hartmobility Inc. will correct any defects in parts or
workmanship at no charge. Please note that the warranty does not
cover product failure due to installation error, owner misuse,
abuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

This TSGA601 SafetyGrip® RotoBar comes with our patented Interlocking SafetyGrip®. The TSGA601 is protected with AlphaSan® technology, which provides lasting protection against microbial contamination to all Hart Mobility products, delivering unrivaled anti-microbial performance. · The TSGA601 Safety Grip RotoBar is designed to be used with the TSG610; TSG615 & TSG650 Poles. · The TSGA602 is designed to assist with balance, sitting up, positioning and stability for persons weighing up to 350lbs (158kg) and is not designed to bear the full weight of the user.

INSTALLATION
NOTES
1. If you purchased the TSGA601 RotoBar and the Titan pole together follow the Steps 1though 4 below. 2. If you already have the Titan pole and it is installed you will need to loosen it and lay it on the floor.
Remove the Base and remove the Bottom Cover Sleeve. Now follow Steps 1 though 4 below.
STEP 1: Slide the Rotating Grab Bar and parts onto the Pole
Slide the RotoBar assembly and the other parts onto the Titan pole from the bottom. Follow the sequence shown on the Step 1 drawing.

STEP 2: Finish Installing the Pole
Finish installing the Titan pole by following the Pole Assembly Instructions provided with the Titan pole.
STEP 3: Decide how high you want the RotoBar
When the Titan pole is assembled and standing between the floor and ceiling you can decide how high that you want the RotoBar to be from the floor. Move the bottom Cogs Collar up the Pole to this height. Installer Note: This bottom Cogs Collar will be the height of the bottom horizontal RotoBar. Securely tighten the three Security Screws in the bottom Cogs Collar with the Hex Key provided.
STEP 4: Install the Plastic Stop
Install the Plastic Stop Ring into the bottom of the RotoBar with the two screws provided. Test that the RotoBar lifts off the internal cogs, rotates smoothly and drops down into the cogs.
