Product Information
The product is version 1.0.2 which includes the addition of
RS485 Communication Protocol. The mechanism installation direction
has also been changed in 2022.08.
RS485 Communication Protocol
The product uses RS485 Communication Protocol for communication.
With the auto-reversing on obstacle function, the boom will
automatically reverse when it encounters an obstacle during the
closing process. A non-concrete ground requires a cast-in-place
foundation.
Technical Data
The communication interface is located at position 15 and 10.
The boom opens to the up limit position and closes to the down
limit position. The angle is 0 degrees when the boom opens to the
up limit position and 90 degrees when it closes to the down limit
position.
Product Usage Instructions
- Ensure that the product is installed on a non-concrete ground
with a cast-in-place foundation. - Connect the communication interface located at position 15 and
10 using RS485 Communication Protocol. - Activate the auto-reversing on obstacle function to ensure that
the boom automatically reverses when it encounters an obstacle
during the closing process. - When opening the boom, ensure that it opens to the up limit
position which is at 0 degrees angle. - When closing the boom, ensure that it closes to the down limit
position which is at 90 degrees angle.
