FPi 4800 Folder Inserters

- Feature to manually insert mail-sets one by one into
the system: Indicates the option to manually insert
mail-sets. - Notification: Displays a message next to an
exclamation mark symbol, such as “Sealing liquid low” or “Empty
feeder”. - Wired LAN connected: Indicates a network
connection available via a network cable. - Wired LAN connected, no internet: Indicates a
network connection available via a network cable, but not connected
to the internet. Users should consult their network
administrator. - Wired LAN not connected: Indicates no network
connection available via a network cable. - Wireless LAN connected: Indicates a network
connection available via wireless network. - Wireless LAN connected, no internet: Indicates
a network connection available via wireless network, but not
connected to the internet. Users should consult their network
administrator. - Wireless LAN not connected: Indicates no
network connection to wireless network or out of range. - Envelope, sealing on: Indicates envelopes will
be sealed. The symbol shows the correct envelope orientation. - Envelope sealing off: Indicates envelopes will
not be sealed. The symbol shows the correct envelope orientation.
When sealing is off, the flap of the envelope is closed but not
moistened. - Feeder linking: Indicates whether the feeders
are linked, meaning when one feeder is empty, the system
automatically starts feeding documents from the other feeder. - DFC Double Feed Control: Indicates whether
Double Feed Control has been set to ‘off’ or ‘on’ (by default). The
text will not be shown if DFC is set to ‘on’. - Exit setting: Indicates the type of exit
setting that has been set. - 1x button: Tapping this button will create an
example mail set. - Job list button: Tapping this button will show
the job list screen. - Edit button: Provides access for editing a
job. - Change feeder trays: Allows users to change
from one feeder tray to another.

there are any internet connectivity problems. - Follow the correct envelope orientation indicated by the
symbols for sealing on or sealing off. Note that when sealing is
off, the envelope flap is closed but not moistened. - If feeder linking is enabled, the system will automatically
switch to the other feeder when one is empty. Check the feeder
linking symbol to determine if the feeders are linked. - Depending on your preferences, configure the Double Feed
Control (DFC) setting to ‘on’ or ‘off’ using the appropriate
icon. - Utilize the various buttons provided, such as the 1x button to
create an example mail set, the job list button to view the job
list screen, and the edit button for editing a job. - If needed, change feeder trays using the corresponding icon to
switch from one tray to another.

Feeder linking Linking means that when one feeder is empty, the system automatically starts feeding documents from the other feeder. This symbol at the feeders shows if the feeders are linked.
DFC Double Feed Control has been set to ‘off’. By default the DFC will be set to ‘on’ and the text will not be shown.
Exit setting This icon shows what kind of exit setting has been set.
1x button After tapping this button the system will create an example mail set.
Job list button After tapping this button the job list screen will be shown.
Edit button Gives access for editing a job.
Change feeder trays Possibility to change from one feeder tray to another.

Fold type This icon shows what kind of fold type has been set.
Counter setting Shows on what number the counter has been set. Start button Tapping this button runs the job.
Stop button Button to stop the system The current mail set will be completed and the system stops, being empty and ready for a new set. Save button Save the job or changes that have been made to a job.
