HODT21A Outdoor Light Sensor Timer

Product Information

The Outdoor Light Sensor Timer is a device that allows you to
control the timing of outdoor lights or devices. It is designed to
automatically turn on at dusk and off at dawn, or you can set it to
run for a specific duration of 2 to 8 hours. The timer has a daily
repeat function, allowing you to schedule it to turn on and off at
the same time every day. It also features a power indicator light
to indicate if the timer is turned on or off.

The timer has one outlet where you can plug in the lights or
devices that you want to control. It has a maximum power rating of
125V, 60Hz, 1250W, and can handle various types of devices such as
resistance, general use, tungsten, electronic ballast, and more.
The power cord is SJTW 18/3 AWG.

For safety purposes, please follow the instructions provided and
adhere to the following precautions:

  • Do not connect any devices that exceed the maximum ratings of
    the timer.
  • Do not immerse the timer in water.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Make sure to read and understand the user manual and safety
    instructions before operating the Outdoor Light Sensor Timer.
  2. Plug the timer into a compatible power outlet.
  3. Set the desired timing mode using the timer dial. You can
    choose between 2 to 8 hours, dusk to dawn, or daily repeat.
  4. If using the dusk to dawn mode, ensure that the sensor is
    exposed to natural light for accurate operation.
  5. Plug the lights or devices that you want to control into the
    outlet on the timer.
  6. Turn on the timer using the power switch.
  7. The power indicator light will indicate if the timer is turned
    on or off.
  8. If using the daily repeat function, set the desired on and off
    times using the timer dial.
  9. Always unplug the lights or devices and store the timer indoors
    when not in use.
