• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with impaired physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or persons without experience or knowledge, unless supervised or instructed by a person responsible for their safety.
• This appliance is intended for domestic use.
• The device may only be used by one person at a time.
• Wear appropriate clothing and footwear for exercise. Do not wear loose-fitting clothing that may catch on any part of the product.
• Be sure to perform warm-up exercises before physical activity to avoid muscle injury and to perform a relaxation routine after exercise.
• The appliance should be placed on a stable, flat, horizontal surface. Do not place in wet or humid places.
• Do not use the product outdoors.
• Do not perform any adjustments or maintenance not specified in this manual. If you have any problems with the device, please contact our service department.
• Immediately replace all worn or defective parts.
• Do not use accessories not recommended by the manufacturer.
• Never place hands or feet on moving parts.
• It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure that all users of the product are informed of the precautions for use.

ASSEMBLY

NOTE:

1. The washer should be placed on both ends of all bolts (against the bolt head and against the nut) unless otherwise specified in these instructions.
2. Hand tighten all bolts on initial assembly and finally tighten with the spanner once the entire structure is erected.
3. Some parts may come pre-assembled from the factory.
4. Assembly requires the assistance of another person.

STEP 1

NOTE: Tighten the screw (#22) and bolt (#57) here.

STEP 2

NOTE: Carefully slide the weight stack (#33) one by one onto the guide rods, do not lift more than you can safely control.

STEP 3

NOTE: Tighten all screws with a spanner.

STEP 4

NOTE: Tighten the nut (#66) and then loosen it enough to allow the part (#10, #11) to rotate freely.

STEP 5

NOTE: Tighten the bolt (#59) with a spanner and then loosen it enough to allow the part (#13) to turn freel

Once the machine is assembled, check if the cable is tensioned (At the correct tension, there should be a 3-5mm gap between the top plate and the weight stack).
If the cable is slightly loose, tighten it by tightening the bolt on the top of the weight stack.
If the cable is too loose, adjust the length of the spiral chain (#79) using the snap link (#70).STEP 10
Tighten all screws and nuts.
Your weight machine should now be fully assembled.
Please check that all bolts are tight and that the cables are seated correctly on all pulleys before use.
Adjustments to the cables may be necessary during the first session of use.

USING THE PRODUCT

Physical exercise, even in moderate intensity, will help to improve your heaths. Your blood pressure, your cholesterol values, blood sugar, motivation and even your mood may be greatly improved by doing sorne sports. You may tone your body within limits. Combining exercise with healthy nutrition may have great impact on your body fat levels, your shape and your overall well-being. Weight training improves your muscular fitness and your mobility and thus helps to reduce the risk of injuries.
ATTENTION: Make sure all bolt and nylon nut are tighten enough before using the machine.

MAINTENANCE

• After training, you should wipe the device and the handlebars with a dry cloth. This will prevent the components from being contaminated by dried sweat.
• The use of your multifunctional home gym leads to natural wear and tear. This requires regular attention and maintenance. Under normal conditions and normal use of your Multifunction Home Gym, maintenance is not necessary. However, it is the responsibility of the user to ensure that all parts are checked for proper fit and that wear and tear does not affect performance.
• For cleaning do not use any aggressive cleaning agents, but remove any dirt or dust with a soft or slightly damp cloth.
• Note: The performance of your Multifunction Home Gym can be significantly reduced by the influence of environmental conditions.
• Any modification to the original parts, materials or construction of the Multifunction Home Gyms can significantly reduce the performance. The same may occur in case of severe contamination or misuse.
• This product is supplied with packaging to protect it against shocks during transport. The packaging material is made of raw materials that are recyclable. Please dispose of these materials as required. If you wish to dispose of this product, please dispose of it in accordance with current regulations. For further information regarding the correct disposal, please contact the municipal offices.

RECYCLING AND DISPOSING
Worn products are potentially recyclable and should not be disposed of in the usual trash. Help us to protect the environment and preserve natural resources.
Dispose of the device in an environmentally friendly manner. Do not dispose of with household waste. Plastic and metal components can be separated and recycled. Take this device to an approved recycling centre (green dot).
The materials used in the packaging of the machine are recyclable: please dispose of them in the appropriate container.

GUARANTEE

This product is warranted for 2 years from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers breakdowns and malfunctions of the device provided it is used in accordance with its intended use and according to the instructions in the manual.
In order to claim the guarantee, the proof of purchase (ticket or invoice) is necessary and the product must be complete and with all its accessories.
The warranty clause does not cover deterioration caused by wear, lack of maintenance, negligence, incorrect assembly or improper use (knocks, non-observance of advice for power supply, storage, conditions of use…).
