Frequently Asked Questions
Please don’t worry, the warranty is 12 months.
Yes it does.
Yes, the input voltage is 100~240VAC,50/60HZ.
Depending on where the knots are located yes. I like to use it up against a firm surface so I can lean into it which allows me to control the amount of pressure into the muscle. I can then roll the massage ball up and down or across the muscle fiber. I find lying on it is also helpful.
I’m not sure I understand your question. If you are having problems involving your spine, you should consult your healthcare provider/ chiropractor/ physical therapist before attempting to perform self-treatment on your spine.
About 30 mins; but it charges super-fast within 5mins full charged.
Yes it would work on calf muscles. It’s quite strong and heavy duty. More robust than one would think given its compact size.
Yes. I purchased this item for my lower back pain. It does not take it away but it really take the edge of the pain. I would buy this again!
No it does not come with a storage case. Still a great product!
I think so. Your nerves run under your muscles and often times a tight piriformis can cause the sciatic pain!
No, it’s buzzing and moving. It would certainly not be comfortable and it would not be safe.
The product adapt safe silicone material and it has special massage surface for deep tissue massage. The surface is not hard!
I use this to help mediate pain in lower back, hip and neck. However I recommend that you read about the areas to avoid when rolling or massaging. Most important is to never roll directly on the spine. Lots of videos on YouTube about how to concentrate on the muscles on either side of the spine.
The devise itself is hard but the rubber is soft to touch.
The user manual states not to use if it has become damp, not to use in damp rooms, (e.g. when bathing or showering) and says DO NOT wash…so I’m going to go with no, not waterproof.
