Installation
- It is strictly forbidden to operate this secondary lift without authorized and trained personnel.
- Place the secondary lift on the side tracks of the two runways
Safety operation
- capacity of the jacking beam ≤2500Kg
- The second lift is put to the lowest position and the car can enter the maintenance runway.
- Move the secondary lift to the part to be lifted. (front or rear wheel)
- When lifting the front wheel, use the tire wedge to lock the rear wheel. Similarly, lift when the rear wheel is used, the front wheel is locked with a wedge to prevent the vehicle from moving when it rises.
- Tighten the control valve bolt clockwise, push the handle up and down till the top lock position. (position 1, locked)
- Decrease: press the handle to rise 5~10mm, move the safety handle to unlock, then slowly release the control valve bolts.(position 2, unlocked)
