VECTOR HEADSET BEARINGS REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES
PART # W15110710026
Required Tools: (Not included)
A. 5 mm Allen wrench
B. Phillips screwdriver
C. Flat screwdriver
WARNING
CAUTION: To avoid potential shock or other injury, turn power switch OFF and disconnect charger before conducting any assembly or maintenance procedures. Failure to follow these steps in the correct order may cause irreparable damage.
| Step 1 Using a 5 mm Allen wrench, loosen the two (2) bolts from the collar clamp. Slide the handlebar out and set aside. | Step 2 Using a Phillips screwdriver, loosen and remove the two (2) screws at the front (right and left side) of the fairing. |

| Step 3 Split the covers apart just enough to gain acces to the limiter steering bolt. Using a 5 mm Allen wrench, loosen and remove limiter steering bolt from the fork. | Step 4 Using a flat screwdriver, remove the plastic cap from the bolt. Using a 5 mm Allen wrench, loosen the bolt on top of the fork. Remove the bolt and set aside. |

| Step 5 Remove the sleeve from the fork. Slide the fork down and out from the unit. Save all the hardware for re-installation. | Step 6 Headset bearings sequence. |

Step 7
Reverse the steps.
ATTENTION: Charge battery 8 hours before using.
