Troubleshooting

PhenomenonSolutions
Slow inflation
  1. Check whether the battery is fully charged.
  2. Check whether the air pipe is leaking
  3. Check whether the connecting parts at both ends of the hose are tightened, and whether there is air leakage
  4. Check whether the inflatable item is leaking.
Can’t inflate on boot
  1. Check whether the battery is fully charged.
  2. Check whether the current tire pressure is higher than the preset value.
The preset pressure cannot be adjustedCheck whether the current inflationmode is chosen.Choose custom mode and preset pressure value in the range of3-150PSI.
Can do inflate but the air pressure display does not change1. Object whose pressure are below that of the air pump, such as ballon, cannot be measured by the air pump.2. When tire is empty, measured pressure will display after inflating for a while.
The inflator auma- tically shut down after connecting hoseThe air pump will automatically turn off without operation in 3 minutes. Press on/off button again to turn on.
There is a leak in the connection Tighten the connection.
The color of indicator and state of air pump are inconsistent when inflatingThe power lithium battery has a significant voltage drop during the discharge process, which results in the color inconsistency between the indicator light in the inflated state and the standby state. This phenomenon is not a malfunction.
The indicator light does not light up after chargingChange adapter and cable and then charge again.
