Instructions: 1. It is recommended to have the product
installed by a professional workshop or an official dealer. 2.
Detach the 3 screws on the original engine case cover. 3. Ensure
that no dirt enters the engine through the hole and that the screw
mounting area of the cover is clean and flat. 4. Place the engine
protector on the cover as shown. 5. Use a torque wrench to tighten
the screws M6x35-912-VA. Follow the tightening torque
specifications provided by the original motorcycle manufacturer. 6.
Please note the tightening sequence – rotate the screws in a
clockwise direction, starting from position 1 and moving to
position 3. Note: This information is based on the

Vor Beginn der Arbeit heiße Fahrzeugteile abkühlen lassen. -Kinder und Tiere aus dem Arbeitsbereich fernhalten. -Schmuck (Uhr, Ringe, Ketten, etc.) vor Arbeitsbeginn ablegen.Es besteht Unfallgefahr durch Hängenbleiben -Die Montage und Funktion bezieht sich ausschliesslich auf Serienmotorräder. -Nach Montage des Produkts durch eine Werkstatt, ist diese Anbauanleitung dem Kunden auszuhändigen. -Bewahren Sie die Anbauanleitung sorgfältig auf.
General instructions -Please ensure the motorcycle is adequately secured before commencing work. -Always make sure that the motorcycle is stable and firmly supported. -A hot engine and exhaust system can burn. Allow all hot parts to cool off before commencing work. -Keep children and pets away from the work zone. -Remove all items of personal jewellery (rings, chains,wristwatch, etc.) before commencing work. -The fitment instructions relate only to the fitment on a standard motorcycle. -If a technican is installing the parts please ensure these instructions are passed to the owner. -Please keep the instruction manual at a safe place.

A: Entfernen Sie die 3 originalen Schrauben des Gehäusedeckels. B: Achten Sie darauf, das kein Schmutz durch die Bohrung in den Motor gelangt und die Anschraubflächen des Deckels sauber und plan sind.
A: Detach the 3 screws on the original engine case cover. B: Make sure that no dirt gets through the hole into the engine and the screw mounting of the cover are clean and flat.

C: Setzen Sie den Motorprotektor wie dargestellt auf den Gehäusedeckel. D: Anziehen der Schrauben M6x35-912-VA mit Drehmomentschlüssel. Anzugsdrehmoment gemäß den Herstellerangaben! Beachten Sie die Anzugsreihenfolge -> im Uhrzeigersinn von 1-3
C: Place the engine protector as shown on the cover. D: Tighten the screws M6x35-912-VA with torque wrench. Tightening torque according to the specification of the original motorcycle manufacturer! Please note the tightening sequence -> clockwise rotation 1-3
