N7754-143 Mosaic 4-Light Oil Rubbed Bronze Round Pendant

Product Information

The product is a hanging light fixture with the item number
N7754-143. It comes with a cloth shade (H), metal frame (J),
acrylic sheet (M), four medium base bulbs (N), and three rods (F1,
F2, and F3) for hanging. The fixture can accommodate up to 60 watts
per bulb or CFL or LED equivalent. The circular strap (B) is used
to attach the fixture to a junction box (not included) and the
wires are connected as shown in Fig. 2.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Shut off power at the fuse box or circuit breaker box and
    remove the old fixture including the mounting hardware.
  2. Unpack the new fixture and lay out all the parts in a clear
    area. Take care not to misplace any small parts necessary for
    installation.
  3. Loosen screws (I) to remove cloth shade (H) from metal frame
    (J).
  4. Remove plastic tape from cloth shade (H) and place acrylic
    sheet (M) into the bottom of cloth shade (H).
  5. Install (4) four medium base bulbs (N) up to 60 watts each or
    CFL or LED equivalent (not included) in accordance with the fixture
    specification — DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE RATING! (NE PAS
    DEPASSER LA PUISSANCE NOMINALE MAXIMALE!).
  6. Place cloth shade (H) into metal frame (J) and secure with
    screws (I).
  7. Determine the desired hanging height and thread rods (F1, F2,
    and F3) to all thread (G) on the fixture body. Attach canopy (D) by
    screwing onto rod (F1). Carefully pass the wires through each rod
    during assembly.
  8. Thread screws (A) into the pre-drilled holes in the circular
    strap (B). Space the same distance apart as the holes in canopy
    (D). The length of screws (A) may be adjusted if necessary.
  9. Attach the circular strap (B) to the junction box (not
    included) with mounting screws (C) (Size: #8-32N*L0.5). The side of
    the mounting plate with GND marked on it and two convex points must
    face out.
  10. Connect the electrical wires as shown in Fig. 2, making sure
    that all wire connectors are secured. If your junction box has a
    ground wire (green or bare copper), connect the fixture’s ground
    wire to it. Otherwise, connect the fixture’s ground wire directly
    to the circular strap (B) using the green screw provided.
  11. Tuck wire connectors neatly inside the junction box.
  12. Thread screws (A) into canopy (D), and secure with knobs
    (E).
  13. Lock metal frame (J) and metal frame (L) together with screws
    (K).
  14. Turn the power back on at the junction box and test the
    fixture.

HANGING THE FIXTURE (Fig. 1)
1. Shut off power at the fuse box or circuit breaker box and remove the old fixture including the mounting hardware.
2. Carefully unpack your new fixture and lay out all the parts in a clear area. Take care not to misplace any small parts necessary for installation.
3. Loosening screws (I) to remove cloth shade (H) from metal frame (J).
4. First remove plastic tape from cloth shade (H). Then place acrylic sheet (M) into the bottom of cloth shade (H).
5. Install (4) four medium base bulbs (N) up to 60 watts each or CFL or LED equivalent (not included) in accordance with the fixture specification — DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE RATING! (NE PAS DEPASSER LA PUISSANCE NOMINALE MAXIMALE!).
6. Place cloth shade (H) into metal frame (J) and secure with screws (I).
COMPLETING THE INSTALLATION (Fig. 1)
7. Determine the desired hanging height and thread rods (F1, F2 and F3) to all thread (G) on the fixture body. Attach canopy (D) by screwing onto rod (F1). Carefully pass the wires through each rod during assembly. Note: Remove all thread, if installing with one 6″ rod only.
8. Thread screws (A) into the pre-drilled holes in the circular strap (B). Space the same distance apart as the holes in canopy (D). The length of screws (A) may be adjusted if necessary.
9. Attach the circular strap (B) to the junction box (not included) with mounting screws (C) (Size: #8-32N*L0.5″). The side of the mounting plate with “GND” marked on it and two convex points must face out.
CONNECTING THE WIRES (Fig. 2)
10. Connect the electrical wires as shown in Fig. 2, making sure that all wire connectors are secured. If your junction box has a ground wire (green or bare copper), connect the fixture’s ground wire to it. Otherwise, connect the fixture’s ground wire directly to the circular strap (B) using the green screw provided.
11. Tuck wire connectors neatly inside the junction box. 12. Thread screws (A) into canopy (D), and secure with
knobs (E). 13. Lock metal frame (J) and metal frame (L) together
with screws (K).
Your installation is now complete. Return power to the junction box and test the fixture.
